2yo unnamed Outstrip colt out of Anse Victorin

A yearling colt by the Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf winner and exciting young sire Outstrip is offered for sale, either as a whole or in quarter shares. He is trained by the Devon-based Paul George, who continues to forge a good reputation.

Having made a huge impression when initially taking out his licence last season, Paul and his team have continued the good work this year, already exceeding the 2018 total and with more to come.

The dam Anse Victorin was unraced but has already earned her stripes as a broodmare and is a member of an exceptional family. Her six runners to date have yielded three winners, including Mont Signal - who won four times at home and abroad - and Happy Friendship, who was a three-time winner in Hong Kong.

Anse Victorin is a half-sister to the outstanding Divine Proportions, winner of the Grp-1 Poule d’Essai des Pouliches, Grp-1 Prix de Diane, Grp-1 Prix Marcel Boussac and Grp-1 Prix d’Astarte on her way to bring crowned Champion European Filly at both two and three years. Another sibling, Whipper, was a three-time Grp-1 winner at six-furlongs to a mile and is now recognised as a top-flight sire thanks to the Grp-1 exploits of RecoletosLord Glittersand Wizz Kid.

This is a prolific black-type family, with well over a dozen stakes-performers found under the Listed winning and Grp-3 placed second dam Myth To Reality, whilst the third dam was a full-sister to the Derby hero and legendary sire Shirley Heights

Anse Victorin also looks a good match for Outstrip as one of her previous winning progenyHappy Friendship, is a son of Outstrip’s sire Exceed And Excel

Although initially marketed as an economy stallion within the Darley Club scheme, Outstrip has quickly demonstrated himself to be an above-average producer. From a single crop of racing age, many of whom are humbly-bred, he has produced the Listed National Stakes heroine Flippa The Strippa, the dual winners Know No Limits and Malvern, as well as the Listed-placed German filly La La Land.

This yearling is a cracking individual, who moves well and has a lovely temperament. His profile combines an exciting young stallion with an enduring black-type pedigree, so there is much to look forward to next year and beyond!
